Recent PNP Draw Results of BC, Alberta, and Manitoba
Recently, PNP weekly draws occurred in Canada, and three Canadian provinces have nominated candidates to apply for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The provinces include British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Discover the PNP Draw Results of BC, Alberta, and Manitoba here.
PNP Draws Overview.
PNP- the Provincial Nominee Program is the immigration program used by almost all provinces and territories. The province of Manitoba does not employ the PNP to invite candidates. It has its own immigration pathway. The Application for Canadian Permanent Residence becomes stronger if a candidate is nominated by a province. This is due to the fact that a province only nominates economic immigration candidates who can help address the gaps in the provincial labor force and economically establish themselves within the province easily.
The nominated applicants are thought to be more likely to stay in the nominating province where they may already be living, have a job offer, or have close family relations within the province.
The candidates of Express Entry who received a provincial nomination additionally benefit as they receive an extra 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. This implies that they are more likely to obtain an ITA, i.e., an Invitation to Apply for Canadian permanent residency in the future Express Entry draw.
